Supporting Stable Service Operation

Support Desk (QA Support)

We accept customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail.

We provide immediate and attentive customer support that is not limited to responding to operational inquiries, including providing consultation on accounting treatment and other product support, in order to deepen our relationship of trust with customers.

A dedicated team of experienced consultants and system engineers can quickly handle a variety of inquiries and promptly solve system trouble if it occurs

Operating hours on weekdays: 9:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 18:00

Special Support during Financial Closing Season (We offer special support for accounting operations during the busy financial closing period.)
  1. We extend operating hours until 20:00 on five weekdays every three months.
  2. We offer weekend support (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) for two days once every three months (9:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 18:00).

Individual Consultation Meeting

  • Prior to financial closing, we hold a consultation meeting with individual customers that involves accounting treatment, support of system operation, operational improvement and other support, in accordance with the usage of the customer. (Please visit our office after making a reservation.)
  • Our continuous operational support is based on a customer record for each customer that records past consultation history, points of improvement for the next accounting period and other consultation details.
