Supporting Stable System Operation

Remote Maintenance

  • Our remote maintenance service is made for research purposes by accessing a customer's DivaSystem server via a public line or internet (VPN) from our dedicated remote maintenance terminal managed by Diva's Customer Communication Group.
  • By directly accessing folders, files and the DivaSystem database in the user's server, we can quickly look into the data situation more precisely than by means of normal support via e-mail and telephone.
  • The remote maintenance service quickly provides users with detailed examination of data and troubleshooting of server machines, regardless of where they are located.

    * Customers who wish to use the service need to have the hardware and software required for remote connection, including a TA/modem, telephone line and active VPN connection.

Version-upgrade Service

  • We constantly add new features and make product improvements, as well as release major/minor version upgrades if needed.
  • The latest version and revised programs of contracted products are provided to the user free of charge. The service does not include version-upgrade operations.
  • In the event of a major malfunction of the system, we will immediately disclose the information and provide a program to correct the problem on a dedicated home page.
